COMMISSIONS. DOST THOU WANT THEM?

I'm serious. Full-blown characters, either fullbody or bust like you normally see here, and abstract backgrounds such as the ones seen on [link] , [link] , or [link] , [link] , and other things like that.

They'd be about the size of everything else in my gallery and bigger, but no bigger than around 1000 pixels in either width or height- I work solely on oekaki programs, and my computer simply can't handle more than that. Even that's pushing it. |D;; You can ask for either a solid or watercolour piece; they're the same price.



Pricing:

GREAT BIG SHADED PICTURES:
-For one character in front of an abstract background, the base price is $25 U.S.
If your character is either amazingly simple or amazingly difficult, I'll subtract or add five dollars to that. I'll tell you if this applies to you personally and ask if it's alright before I begin, so it'll never be sprung on you or anything.

-If you want more than one in a picture, each extra character is another $15.

-If you want to kill the background and have it be either a solid colour or simply white, I'll subtract five dollars from the base price.


NICE SMOOTH LINED PICTURES, BUT WITH NO SHADING:
-One character is $15. I currently do not have an example of such a piece, but it would be my usual smooth coloured lines and your character would be coloured in; there simply wouldn't be any shading.

-Each additional character would be $10 in this case.

-Again, if you want either a solid colour or no background, five dollars would be subtracted from base.


COLOURED SKETCHES:
-These would be sketchy black lines with flat, unshaded colouring. Base is $5. Examples would be these: [link] , [link] , [link] , [link] .

-Any additional characters are an additional five.

-Killing the background on these does not remove five dollars from base unless it leaves me with at least five dollars profit. Meaning, a normal five dollar picture without a background is still five bucks, but two characters without a background, which would normally be ten dollars, is cut to five instead. ...Did I explain that well enough, or is it confusing? xD;




Rules/Things to Know:
-Please don't harrass me if it takes a bit of time. Asking me about if it seems to be taking a while is fine, just don't "ARE WE THERE YET?" me twice a day. |D;; For the realistic record, A full-blown picture should take me around a week to complete, knowing myself. Catch me with absolutely nothing else to do at the time and it could be done in a day, catch me with a ton of other things on my shoulders and it could take two or three, but that shouldn't be very often.

-I'm most comfortable with animals, second most with anthro creatures, and last with humans. Clothing is not my specialty, and that's the main problem I have drawing people and the only problem I have with anthros.

-I don't want to draw people without clothes or animals with, er.. unsheathed penises or any vaginas. If you want me to, I'll draw the outer covering on animals where it's obvious, such as dogs or horses. Just no actual dingalings or anything. Clothes on anthros, too.

-Also, no sex/mating. No IMPLIED sex/mating going on outside of frame, either. Humping's ok.




Payment:
-Payment can be done either through Paypal (jgribin@mac.com) or money orders. Don't know what a money order is? Basically, it's a safe way to send money through snail mail. A bank/the Inernet could explain it better than I can. xD Though I'd much prefer Paypal, note me about money orders if you want an address and name to send a money order out to.

-ONCE I HAVE THE SKETCH DONE AND COLOURED FOR ANYTHING, I WILL SHOW IT TO YOU TO MAKE SURE I HAVE EVERYTHING RIGHT BEFORE GOING FARTHER IF YOU WANTED ONE OF THE FIRST TWO OPTIONS. BEFORE I DO THAT HOWEVER, I REQUEST FIVE DOLLARS OUT OF THE TOTAL PAYMENT BE GIVEN. Why? Because I don't wanna end up showing a sketch to somebody and having them run off giggling with it for free, that's why. If your commission only comes to five dollars to begin with, well... it's already paid for, then. |] When I present you with the finished piece, I expect the rest of the payment.

Q: That's too much money.
A: I'm sorry, but for a $25 piece I expect to spend about ten hours or more working on it. That comes to $2.50 an hour.

Q: That's not enough money.
A: If you want to tip me, I'd be exalted. xD

Q: Can I pay you with other things? (ie: a similar piece of artwork in return, dA subscription, the like.)
A: I'm afraid not, no. D:
